WOW! I have really let it slip haven't I? Well a LOT has been going on. So this will probably be the mammoth of all posts to try catch you up!

First off in news. Most people are already probably aware but let's just get it out there officially, Matt and I are having a baby! We are super excited and can't wait till April 11th, when our little rugrat arrives. Thanks for all the well wishes!

In shop news:

Stu is away in Thailand and won't be back 20th of November, so maybe hold off enquires for him until after that date.

Matt is booked until March for new work and February for ongoing work. But we are happy to take details for people who want to be on his cancelation list (we can call you if an appointment comes up between now and then). We will be taking most of April off (baby time), so if you want appointments before early April now is the time to get on it!

Jamie and Simone are busy at this time of year. Jamie still has availability here and there before Christmas but Simone is looking pretty booked up until Christmas.

We will be closed over the Christmas/New Year period. So the shop will be closed from 22nd December until 8th of January. 

New Zealand Tattoo Convention:

Matt will be working alongside our mate Mitch Love from Westside (Brisbane) at the NewZealand Tattoo & Art Festival in New Plymouth. He is booked out for appointments but we will have lots of merch and prints for sale, so you can come say hi and buy our stuff! It's going to be a corker of a convention and we can't wait! If you aren't going to be in New Zealand and want to buy any of said items, we can see what we have left over from the convention and they will still be for sale when we return. And this month has been one for guest artists (another reason we have been super busy). So we had our good mate Ben Rorke (from Westside- Brisbane) with us last week, he will be back so stayed tuned! He did a mammoth amount of tattooing while he was here but here are just a few:

Just a few new pieces to post up from me and I finally managed to get a couple of things Andy's been working on as well.

Finished off this religious half sleeve on Reece last weekend, going to be extending it with another angel and make it into a full one in the next few months

Another religious arm piece, lots of fun tweaking out the background and tying the whole design together

A pocket watch and compass on my friend Kay

An ankh with a scarab beetle on Noddy, she brought in a different design to this so I had to change it around and redraw it to work better for her

And lastly this lovely goose. My client wanted to go smaller with it, but it had a lot of meaning to her and I felt it was such a strong image I convinced her to get it this size. We're both happy we did as it's become a much more striking piece which sits perfectly on her arm

I've been lucky recently to have clients let me do my own thing with their designs. These are just a few tattoos I've done recently where I've had a lot of free reign and because of that I feel we've both ended up with more than we'd hoped. I just want to say thank-you to everyone who's put their trust in me recently and I can't wait to decorate you some more!

Andy did this Jesus in one sitting. I love the detail in his work and I was impressed to see him sit down for so long working tirelessly on it, and also to the client having the will to sit through it and get it done in one shot

This is a piece of flash that Andy redrew for his client and gave her a more modern updated version of a classic

He's not got too much more to do with this back piece, a couple more sittings and it should be all done

en während der Tattoositzung, keine Störung durch Laufkundschaft oder Telefon! Jeder einzelne Kunde bekommt einen Besprechungstermin für sein Tattoo! So können wir aus jeder Idee das Beste raus holen!

Così siamo in grado di tirare fuori il massimo da ogni idea!

CLOCKWORK TATTOOS NATURNS IS MOVING

After 8 years we decided to move a step forward! As from the first of may 2013 we’re going to be in our new private studio in Merano. This means all appointments can be arranged by phone or email only. The advantage of a private studio is that the artist is in the studio for the specific customer exclusively. So no annoying breaks during a tattoo session and no disturbance because of walk- in customers or a telephone! Each customer gets a meeting appointment for his individual tattoo, thus we can make the best out of each idea!
We’d like to thank all of our loyal customers for the past years and we hope that they’ll stick to us in the future too!
